Hello, I’m Karanjot Kaur

Early life

I was born at Ambala Cantt (Haryana), India. I am grateful for having such awesome parents who nurtured the right values and qualities in me. I always loved to be in the spotlight and that helped me explore different fields since my school days. Academics, sports, extracurriculars… You’d find my name on every list.

Love for writing

Becoming the head girl of my school gave a spark to my flair for writing. I was gifted a personal diary by my mom where I started to share my achievements and those not-so-remarkable wins. This kindled a sense of putting my thoughts on paper and that later took the form of poetry. Writing took me to a different zone where there were no boundaries or boundations. Writing is my first love that got lost somewhere under the burden of my career and then family.

Job, Marriage & Motherhood

I did my graduation in Biotechnology and worked as a Research Associate at CloneGen Biotech, Noida. Then I went for my post-graduation in Food Technology and was soon married. My newly married life and studies went hand in hand. It was an amazing time that I’ll cherish forever. Finally, I was upgraded with the post of Mother and everything else took a backseat. When my daughter was 3, I wrote a poem for her. That reinvoked my relation with writing.

Redreaming, Rebelieving & Reliving

Presently, running Vibrant Persona, a Training center for public speaking and personality grooming. The pandemic opened several other opportunities such as Keynote Speaker, Podcaster, and my dream of being an author. I started a Podcast named “The Motivating Vibes” to motivate myself and others. To inspire to live life with awesomeness, to feel more of the abundance around us, instead of limitations.

Besides, I started a Podcast show oriented to reclaim the self-worth of women. I believe that relationship with self is the strongest relationship that we, the women, have ignored for since long. It is my deepest desire to make women realize their truest potential so that they can make the most of this beautiful life.

Becoming a Life Coach

As a mentor or as a writer I have always been inclined towards adding values to my students or readers in a way that brings a positive approach and transforms their outlook towards everything.

It was during a networking meeting that I met some amazing ladies who seeded the idea of Life Coaching. I have always loved to meet new people and my conversations appear to create a lovely bond. Inspired by all, I went for Coach Training. This was a journey of self-discovery where I was not only trained to help people but I could experience the power of coaching on myself first.

The journey allowed me to unravel the layers in me that were affecting my thoughts in ways that I never knew. It also clarified to me that directing your way of thinking in a completely new direction can provide better awareness as to what you do or why you act in a certain way.

Now, having worked with many people, I believe that the best actions or choices come only from within. All that is needed is a guided focus towards what you truly want or maybe just a sounding board to support your views & ideas. I am deeply grateful for being who I am today.
